Tim joined the Army in 1969, assigned to Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey for a year learning electronics and served in the Panama Canal Zone for 2 years in the Signal Corp.

Tim moved to Naples, Florida in 1985. He works for the Postal Service at a Processing and Distribution Center as Supervisor of Maintenance.
