After East High School I went to Florida College for two years. I finished my degree in biology/chemistry at Aurora University. I married a lovely young lady whom I met in Florida. I took further training and became a Registered Respiratory Therapist. I started a two degree program for respiratory therapy at Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. While at Columbus I finished my Masters in Education. I eventually ended up in Little Rock Arkansas where I was the Director of Clinical education for the Respiratory Care Department at Baptist Medical Center.

Last year after 29 years as a Respiratory Therapist I changed careers and I now teach Biology and Anatomy & Physiology at Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock. I have Two Children (one of each). My son is a vascular technician at Arkansas Heart Hospital and my daughter is still in school. I still work on occasion as a Respiratory therapist but I really enjoy teaching more than anything else.

(update- Aug 2003) I am now Department Chair of Natural Sciences at Pulaski Technical College. My son is married and I have two grandchildren. My Daughter is married and living in Dallas.
